today marks the first day of my fourth week of internship at ZALORA. it's surprising how it's going to be a month of internship in 6 days time, and only 4 more months of it to go.
the company culture is very vibrant, diverse and youthful, all of which i can appreciate, it was initially quite a struggle for me to understand the scope of my job, and the duties i had to carry out, and till now, i still can't say i'm good at it, although i've already learnt quite abit. so many new concepts in such a short time, i'm really praying i understand them thoroughly enough.
feeling quite bummed today, maybe because i didn't get enough sleep the previous night, or because i didn't perform to my boss' expectations. i really hate to hear that hint of disappointment in people's voices when they talk to me, not in an angry way, but 100% disappointment. i want to do better but i don't know how to help and not hinder?
i really hope things pick up tomorrow. the haze and rain today made for really bad weather, leaving me wet and cold when i reached home. i'm just going to get into a hot shower, watch me some HTGAWM and have an early night!
